1. Spring Meeting The Spring Meeting will be held 26 Apr 2002 at the Colonial House in the LDS Hospital Campus. Jackie Nice will solicit vendors to sponsor part of the Spring Meeting. Dr. Owen Ash will speak on Time Management. Others potential topics were discussed. Registration will be early April. Cost will be $50.00 for members and $75.00 for non-members. Bring presenters and topics to the next Board meeting.
2. Elections Various individuals were mentioned that might be willing to run for an office. Those individuals will be contacted to determine their willingness to run for office. Positions that are up for election are President-Elect, Secretary and two Board Members Turn in names for elections by 01 Mar 2002. We hope to have ballots ready by 15 March 2002.
3. Newsletter The next newsletter due to be mailed mid-March was discussed. Various articles were discussed such as an article on the Spring Meeting, the January Power Breakfast, anthrax testing by Idaho Technology, a reminder to vote in the upcoming election, the President’s Message, a CCP update, and a financial update. Please turn articles in to Paul Lewis by 01 March 2002.
4. Website An attempt will be made to move the Utah CLMA website to the National CLMA website. Under the Abbott Plan, the website will be free for one year. Abbott will pay the start-up costs and will also pay the first year of the yearly fees.  
5. CLMA Foundation Silent Auction Donation It was decided to have a Southwest/Indian theme for the basket donation this year. Rayma will check on pottery and other items with a southwestern theme during her southern Utah trip. Annie will check with Rose Johnson to for possible donations. Tom Wachter will be approached to see if he can donate a Pseudoglyph. Try to bring the donated items to the next Board Meeting. Annie will gather all the donated items and send off to CLMA
6. Next Board Meeting The next Board Meeting will be 05 March 2002 at noon.
